Communication: If you need to reach the Consultant, e-mail me (Grace) anytime at firstname.lastname@example.org, or text/call me at 360-984-4630 M-F between 9:00am – 4:00pm PST (11pm – 7pm EST). I will do my best to respond within 24 hours during the work week and within 2 business days after weekends and holidays.
Scheduling Calls: For your Session to be successful, promptness is vital. We will start the Session on time, so plan to be available a few minutes early if possible. If you are late to a private session by more than 10 minutes without prior arrangement and I am unable to contact you, this will cause the session to be forfeited.
Rescheduling: Our time together is important. If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time. You can send an e-mail to Grace at email@example.com or edit your appointment at https://laconteconsulting.acuityscheduling.com.
Missed Private Coaching Session & Event Attendance: If you schedule a private consulting session and do not respond to phone or text messages for more than 10 minutes after our appointment without prior arrangement, your session will be forfeited without the option to reschedule.
I do understand that emergencies happen; so if you are unable to attend a private consulting session, please e-mail or text me immediately. A death in the family, serious illness, or hospitalization are obviously emergencies; other situations without 48-hour advance notice may be forfeited at my discretion.
You agree that you are financially willing and able to invest in a Session by choice, and that your participation does not incur economic hardship in any way. Investment costs are available at https://laconteconsulting.acuityscheduling.com or in pre-arranged communication.
The quality of my work is 100% guaranteed, and my goal is to provide you with the most value possible. If you have any concerns before or after the session, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org so I can meet your needs.
Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policies
Payment Policy: Registration is not final until full payment is received. All major credit cards are accepted via online payment. For some packages, a 10% discount is available for full payment received at the time of scheduling.
Group events and private sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Contact me for additional options if scheduled availability does not meet your needs.
Payment Authorization and Receipt: When paying by credit card, you agree to give me permission to automatically charge your credit card or debit card as payment for services without any additional authorization, and you will receive an electronic receipt. If I choose to provide an invoice instead, you agree to pay by the date due on the invoice or your Session will be put on hold until payment is made.
Missed Payment: If payment is not received by the date due or there is a problem with the payment transaction or method, you will be notified by e-mail and then have a 7-day grace period to make the payment after the due date. Otherwise, future Sessions will be placed on hold. If no payment is made within the 7-day grace period, the Program will automatically terminate and you will no longer be granted access to the Program.
Cancellation Policy: I understand that circumstances change. If you are unable to attend for any reason and provide 48-hour advance notice, you have two options:
- Reschedule for a future date. If you experience a schedule change that conflicts with the appointment time, it’s no problem to adjust the session for a future date at no extra charge. Contact me at email@example.com to discuss.
- Exchange for other services. If you prefer to exchange a private session for a workshop or other available service instead, you may ask to transfer your session with no penalty (providing the service for which you are registering is of equal or lesser value). Contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss.
Consulting Sessions must be used during the month in which they are scheduled. Sessions cannot be rolled over for use in future months.
Should I (Grace) need to cancel a consulting Session for any reason, or if I experience technical difficulties which make it impossible for me to offer it as scheduled, you will be notified via the contact information you provided at registration. If this happens, you will be given the option to:
- Reschedule for a future date,
- Exchange for a different service, or
- Receive a refund.
Refund Policy: My intention is to provide you with tremendous value from my consulting Sessions. However, if you decide to withdraw at any time for any reason, you are still fully responsible for payments, and no refunds will be provided.
Once registration and payment are received, services are non-cancelable unless we mutually decide otherwise. You can transfer or reschedule (with 48-hour advance notice) at no extra cost.
If you decide that my services are not a good fit, or if the Session fails to meet your objectives within the agreed-upon time frames, let me know immediately and I will discuss your options, up to and including a refund for all remaining services. Please communicate your concerns before, during or after a Session by contacting me (Grace) at email@example.com or 360-984-4630.
The quality of my work is 100% guaranteed. My main priority is to understand your needs and the goals of improving your organization’s condition. I do this by gathering the necessary data with a questionnaire at the beginning of the registration process. Your answers will help me to develop a product that best matches your goals.
There is absolutely no risk to working with me. My three-point guarantee is:
- You can try before you buy. I offer free articles, videos, and tools so you can sample my style and content.
- You get my Instant-Exit Promise, which means you can leave at any time with no further obligation. I do not, however, offer refunds for unused prepaid services.
- I carefully screen my clients and only accept those for whom I truly believe my services will provide tremendous value. During the registration process, you will be asked several questions to make sure your needs are a good fit for this program. In the event you are turned away, I may refer you to a professional who can better assist in reaching your goals.
I believe that confidentiality is extremely important in a consulting relationship. By registering for this Session, you agree to provide personally-identifiable information including your name, e-mail address, phone number, street address, billing information, and private business details (“Confidential Information”). In addition, you may choose to provide me with comments, documents, photos, images, video, and other data during the course of our work together (“Other Information”). By providing such Confidential Information and Other Information, you grant me permission to use and store such information. I, in turn, will do my best to keep your information safe, secure and private in accordance with this Agreement.
