ND Strategy Workshop Program Agreement

The ND Strategy Bootcamp is designed to provide the tools and knowledge to help your practice succeed. Before we start, it is important that agree on what to expect, how it will work, and what should happen during the course of the program.

Please read the agreement in full before registering.

This Agreement is being made between Grace LaConte of LaConte Consulting LLC (“Facilitator” or “I”) and You (“Participant” or “you”). We both legally agree to the following:

Program Description

The ND Strategy Bootcamp Beta (“Program”) includes:

  • One 2-hour video training event
  • Pre-event packet with worksheets sent to you in advance
  • In-class materials and exercises
  • Q&A throughout
  • Roundtable discussion to share experiences and lessons learned
  • Video replay of the live event
  • Private consulting sessions with Grace (if you choose this option)

During the Program, you can expect me as Facilitator to:

  • Provide pre-event materials in advance
  • Prepare for and facilitate the live event
  • Devote my full attention to you during the event
  • Provide accountability and feedback during the event
  • Demonstrate respect and confidentiality toward all participants
  • Take responsibility for my decisions, and show respect for your time
  • Support your development and growth
  • Stretch your professional and personal “blind spots”
  • Prepare for and facilitate all private consulting sessions (if you choose this option)

You as Participant are expected to:

  • Attend the live training event (or watch the recording)
  • Complete all pre-event materials and exercises
  • Participate in the event via video, chat, and/or texts
  • Make a commitment to professional and personal growth
  • Demonstrate respect and confidentiality toward all participants
  • Take responsibility for your decisions, and respect for others’ time
  • Be open to new ideas, even if it feels uncomfortable
  • Provide feedback on how the Program helped, and how to improve it
  • Attend private consulting sessions (if you choose this option)

To get the most out of the Program, you may add a consulting session during registration.

Communication: If you need to reach the Facilitator, e-mail me (Grace) anytime at laconteconsulting@gmail.com, or text/call me at 360-984-4630 between 9:00am – 4:00pm PST (11pm – 7pm EST). I will do my best to respond within 24 hours on weekdays and by the next business day after weekends and holidays.

If you wish to discuss any topic at length, I would be happy to schedule a private consulting session, either as part of the Program package or as a separate purchase.

Scheduling Calls: Promptness is vital for this Bootcamp to be successful. We will start the live training on time, so plan to log in a few minutes early if possible. Likewise, private consulting sessions will start on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late to a private session without prior arrangement, it will be forfeited.

Rescheduling: Our time together is important. If you have opted in for private consulting and need to reschedule or cancel your session, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time by sending an e-mail to Grace at laconteconsulting@gmail.com.

Missed Private Coaching Session & Event Attendance: If you schedule a private consulting session and do not respond to phone or text messages for more than 10 minutes after our appointment without prior arrangement, your session will be forfeited without the option to reschedule. I do understand that emergencies happen; so if an emergency keeps you from attending a private consulting session, please e-mail or text me immediately. A death in the family, serious illness, or hospitalization are considered emergencies; all other situations will require 48-hour advance notice, or the session will be forfeited.

If you miss a group event, you are welcome to watch the video recording. A link will be sent to all registrants after the event has concluded.

You agree that you are financially willing and able to invest in this Program by choice, and that your participation does not incur economic hardship in any way.

The value of this Bootcamp Program (beta version) is in excess of $500. However, I am committed to making it as accessible as possible, so I’m offering at an Early-Bird price of $199, increasing to a regular price of $299.

The quality of my work is 100% guaranteed, and my goal is to provide you with the most value possible. If you have any concerns before or after the event, please contact me at laconteconsulting@gmail.com so I can meet your needs.

Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policies

Payment Policy: Registration is not final until full payment is received. All major credit cards are accepted via online payment. An Early Bird discount is available for registrations and payments received prior to the Early Bird deadline. Regular rate is charged for registrations received after that date. Registration closes 24 hours prior to the workshop start time, or until all seats are filled.

Payment Authorization and Receipt: When paying by credit card, you give me permission to automatically charge your credit card or debit card as payment for your Program without any additional authorization, and you will receive an electronic receipt. If I choose to provide you with an invoice instead, you are required to pay it by the date due on the invoice or your Program will be put on hold until payment is made.

Missed Payment: If payment is not received by the date due or there is a problem with the payment transaction or method, you will be notified by e-mail and then have a 7-day grace period to make the payment following the due date. Otherwise, your Program admission will be put on hold. If no payment is made within the 7-day grace period, the Program will automatically terminate and you will no longer be granted access to the Program.

Cancellation Policy: I understand that circumstances change. If you are unable to attend for any reason and provide 48-hour advance notice, you have two options:

  • Reschedule for a future date. If you are scheduled but have a conflict, it’s no problem to apply your registration ticket toward a future date instead at no extra charge. Contact me at laconteconsulting@gmail.com to discuss.
  • Transfer to a colleague or friend. If you cannot attend but know someone else who will benefit from the program, you may ask to transfer your registration with no penalty (providing they attend the same Program for which you registered). Contact me at laconteconsulting@gmail.com to discuss.

Should I need to cancel this Program for any reason, or if I experience technical difficulties which make it impossible to complete it as scheduled, you will be notified via the contact information you provided at registration. If this happens, you will be given the option to:

  • Reschedule for a future date
  • Transfer the registration to a colleague or friend, or
  • Receive a refund

Refund Policy: My intention is to provide you with tremendous value from this Program. However, because I have invested considerable time and effort to develop the material, if you decide to withdraw at any time for any reason, you are still fully responsible for payments and no refunds will be provided. Once registration and payment are received, services are non-cancelable unless we mutually decide otherwise. You can transfer or reschedule (with 48-hour advance notice) at no extra cost.

If you feel my services are not a good fit, or if this program fails to meet your objectives within the agreed-upon time frames, let me know immediately and I will refund any remaining services. Share any concerns that occur before, during or after the event by contacting Grace at laconteconsulting@gmail.com or 360-984-4630.

The quality of my work is 100% guaranteed. My main priority is to understand your needs and the goals of improving your organization’s condition. I do this by gathering the necessary data with a questionnaire at the beginning of the registration process. Your answers will help me to develop a product that best matches your goals.

There is absolutely no risk to working with me. My three-point guarantee is:

  • You can try before you buy. I offer free articles, videos, and tools so you can sample my style and content.
  • You get my Instant-Exit Promise, which means you can leave at any time with no further obligation. I do not, however, offer refunds for unused prepaid services.
  • I carefully screen my clients and only accept those for whom I truly believe my services will provide tremendous value. During the registration process, you will be asked several questions to make sure your needs are a good fit for this program. In the event you are turned away, I will direct you to trusted professionals who can better assist in reaching your goals.
