My Background
Before starting my firm, I spent years in healthcare leadership roles—risk management, data analysis, marketing strategy, and strategic planning. Along the way, I noticed what many owners experience first-hand: even profitable organizations can struggle when too much depends on the owner or systems aren’t built for long-term strength.
As I moved from employee to executive, I noticed something else: untapped insight and energy is frequently hidden in Foundational Staff. What Drives Me
From a young age, I learned the art of design and craftsmanship from my Grandpa creating meaningful objects out of wood, metal, and glass. He shared stories about our ancestors who worked hard in oil and gas manufacturing, steel and lumber mills, and coal mines in western Pennsylvania. Their dedication shaped my values and fuels my passion today.
